Q: Can in-wall cables be routed through this? Looks like it could go through the large hole in the centre of the metal bracket and then out the bottom?

No. The holes are for the speaker mount fixings. Any cables are wall direct to speaker bypassing mount.

Q: Are these compatible with Sonos Play 1 speakers?

These holders are suitable for mid to small size speakers. They can be used with any speaker, that have the screw hole at the back of the speakers, in the center. Large speakers can be hung be these wall mounts, but there is less to none movement for direction

Q: Are these ok for Samsung Swa 9500s surround speakers?

It depends on the weight of the speakers my LG sound bar surround speakers were on the limit and difficult to adjust due to the brackets sagging. I ended up using shelves.

No sorry they won’t be suitable for Bose touch 10
