I recently upgraded my kitchen with the VAL CUCINA Infrared Heating Air Fryer Toaster Oven. Usually, I don’t leave a review for the product but this time, I would like to share my impression and the experience I had so far. Amazon has a bundled option which is coming with the cutting board. While I reviewed the details of the cutting board, I decided to purchase it for both the oven and the cutting board.First of all, the cutting board is not only for its primary function. On top of it, its heat resistant material should protect the cabinets from the damage. I have put it on top of the oven for that reason. Also, the material itself looks non-slippery and heat resistant that prevent from scratching and sliding during food preparation. If I buy this cutting board separately, it’s another $40.00. Absolutely great deal!For the oven, my first impression was that it looks stylish and sleek modern yet also looks very durable. Its stainless-steel finish makes the product looks very sleek & modern and easy to clean. Also, it fits perfectly on my countertop without taking up too much space, yet it’s spacious enough inside to handle the size for my family. The product title at Amazon already mentioned that 10-in-1 countertop oven. It has multiple cooking functions – clearly more than bake/toast/broil.. it has a specific toast and options for how many slices. It was quite impressive! As it’s a convection oven with infrared technology, it enables the even cooking. That is very nice!My previous countertop oven had a analog controller, whereas this product has all digital controller and two dials (one is for selection and the other is for the functional choices). I initially thought that I need some time to get used to. Actually it doesn’t require it, as its navigation and user experience looks quite simple and intuitive. Control panel has a clear options displayed and has some beeping to remind where I am at. Both visual and audio experience guide me use the oven without any issue. Also, I like the pre-set cooking modes that make it easy to whip up meals without guessing about time and temperature settings. It’s easy to use.As of now, I used it for ‘air fry’, ‘bake’, ‘broil’ and ‘toast’. It works really well as I expected. Very fast and even cooking. Very crispy and even when I used the ‘toast’ function. It has the options to choose for ‘light’ vs. ‘dark’… and how many ‘slices’ of toast. So good!I am going to do the slow cook this weekend that I am going to make beef stew for two people. Looking forward to it!

The oven is very good-looking, and the cream-yellow appearance is particularly simple and stylish. It is also very powerful and easy to operate. It can be used for both home and commercial purposes. In particular, the temperature control is very precise, and multiple layers can be baked at the same time. I made bread, chicken wings, and sweet potatoes, and the color was very satisfactory. It is worthy of being a European brand, and it is highly recommended.

Loving this toaster oven! I've now had it for a few months and I use the heck out of it almost daily. As described, it has about 10 different functions and while I cannot attest to most of them, I can attest that the baking and toasting functions work like a charm, to the point where my toaster went into retirement. Another reviewer mentioned discoloration, but I have yet to experience that and hope to never have to. I chose the light greenish/turquoise hue and it's very retro looking. It easily fits under my cabinetry but it does take up a fair amount of counter space, so be sure to check out the measurements before you commit.

Pros:Super CuteFunctionality is perfectSeems like it will be easy to cleanCons:Back, sides and especially the front gets very hot. After I followed instructions and ran the oven for 20 min at 400 the handle of the oven door was extremely hot. The button to turn off was also hot. The entire front of the oven was just super hot! Be careful with little kiddos around.Power cord in the back would be much better if placed at the bottom of the oven vs the top. The back of the oven gets soooo hot I worry about it melting the cord if it touches - so I have to always finagle it so it keeps away from the back. Bummer.Instructions says it needs its own dedicated circuit. This was not stated in the amazon description. I haven't had any issues and hope I do not!Lastly, I purchased this for $250 and on the day it arrived the price dropped to $169. So. Annoyed. I called Amazon and they said I should return the oven and purchase a new one at the discounted rate. They do not price match. I mean, I get it if it's been like a month or so but literally on the day it arrived the price dropped. Amazon should really honor price matching if it happens within a week or so of purchase. Just my thoughts.Other than that, I love this oven - it's super cute, fits well into my kitchen. I ordered the cream one - another reviewer stated she was dissapointed there are scortch marks on the front from heat escaping.I will be sure to update in the future....
