Fenugreek seeds have been used as a culinary addition for yonks so getting its benefits in supplement form is a real boon, especially from this company.I use other supplements from this Uk brand & their ethics & mode of manufacture here in the UK are tops so you know you’re going to get a quality product.The benefits are for you to decide if appropriate for you but if you find it does fit your health regime, this proportion of active ingredient along with water extraction process makes these vegan caps a no brainer.You get 90 tabs which is very good value. The tablets are big but they have a smooth coating to help them go down. I suppose you could cut them in half if you need to but you’d lose the help of the coating. I suggest taking these with a meal because if you don’t you’ll be tasting fenugreek for the rest of the day. It’s not unpleasant, it’s a sort of curry flavour, but best hide it in a meal.Be sure to do your own research & check any cautions or contraindications because just because it’s a natural plant doesn’t mean it’s guaranteed safe for everyone.

I take Fenugreek regularly but never taken them in tablet form before, so that was an interesting experience!They arrived in a small neat tub, well sealed and with a good expiry date. Capsules were quite large but fairly easy to swallow. The addition of Chromium is useful if you are using to help control your blood sugar.Fenugreek is a bit stinky but leave no aftertaste. If you have difficulty swallowing the tablet you can always crush it and take it with some plain yoghurt.Recommended dose is 1 a day with a meal, so you get a 3 months supply here, and they are suitable for Vegans too.
