I’ve wanted an iRig for a very long time but just never had an excuse to get one. I finally just went ahead and got it. Nice product and a decent price point. Caveat, I bought the one that is labels digital. This model won’t work with a trrs plug, that I know of , but has plenty of connection opportunities just like it is. If you are wanting an analog solution, get that version. Bundled software is pretty good, there are a plethora and probably better software out there. Sound quality is excellent as well overall construction feel of the box! Overall? Seems to do the trick!

This product works as expected. I also own an older version without USB-C (audio only). This one is a game changer to use with my latest iPad Pro.I can play guitar quietly in my room while connected to my iPad and explore an unlimited list of effects!I recommend this product for its portability and convenience.

for my purposes using to output iPad pro virtual instruments, i was hoping the GAIN knob would also function to control the Amp Output, if no signal is received from the guitar input. It's just an empty knob.(optionally, you can run out of this to a volume pedal, then to an amp or di box or pa system - this gives you overall volume control of your keys rig, without having to map cc volume controls to every vsti.)Maybe a firmware in the future will fix this oversight.Keeping the product, as they are a good company I've already bought too much software from! 😅

The product does what it says it will do. You can hook up to monitor via headphones or an external speaker that has an AUX input. Works with Garage Band but prefer the included Tonex which I am still learning all the features but it is easy to use and navigate. Hooking up to my MAC is another story. The IK product manager installed but can't install the Tonex or the other software that is supposed to be included. When I click download to any of them, I get error messages and the digital user guide for the Mac software is not very useful either. So I'm stuck with using it only with my iPad which is disappointing since I wanted the option of using either platforms.

works a treat, plugged my guitar in & got sweet tunes straight into ipad garageband. USB VERSION IS TOPS.

Finally! A mobile sound dongle that works with my android! My last irig was for an iPhone and it lasted me an eternity. High hopes for this one

it's cheap for real but it has some noise issues that annoys me quite often. i'd say just buy an audio interface

Works as described. Easy to use. I was able to connect my electric guitar to my iPad and plug in headphones to my iPad. This is exactly what you need for the Gibson app and to add effect pedals.
