If you're someone with sensitive feet like myself, these will likely be a pretty harsh and uncomfortable wear for a day or two when you first get them. You do get used to them, and they do become very comfortable eventually. My suggestion for people who find them uncomfortable at first is to wear socks, and then transition to bare feet.

These are wonderful house slippers or just for quick trips out. Not good for long term walking. No arch support.The little bumps massage your feet and stimulate all kinds of pressure points.The velcro band makes adjusting to your foot or size thickness easy.I wear my pair out. The little bumps wear down. You can see EXACTLY where your feet place the most pressure.Need to get a new pair every year or so. But worth it.I prefer to buy the men's version instead of women's. It gives a wider footbed which is more comfortable.My fee are about 9.5 women's. I buy a size 9 men's and that works best. The women's version of this shoe was too narrow.

They aren't like the picture not as spikey as the pic slimmer and not made like the old style I hate these!!!!!!!!!
