I never use these flavorings for the macaron shells. I only use the flavoring for the filling that goes into each macaron. This brand has never disappointed with being precise with the flavoring. Even better, I only need about a 1/4 tsp to get the perfect flavoring for each macaron. Depending on what you’re using the flavoring for, I suggest you start with using a small amount of flavoring and working up to the desired flavor. Bought these to use to make ice cream. The bubblegum was on point! Had great flavor and loved the iced cream. The cotton candy flavor DID NOT taste like cotton candy. Tasted more like coconut flavor than anything else. Highly disappointed in the ice cream and had to can it.

Bought this to make homemade cotton candy and bubble gum flavored ice cream. Exactly as described. Kids loved the ice cream!

I love the product. I make candy using them, just be careful how much you put because it is very strong. But it is so yummy in candy!
