Very tasty but didn't provide much energy but I used to drink a lot of energy drinks but these helped quit also bc they don't provide a lot of energy you can eat them any time of the day for a small boost

A good source of energy for longer bike rides. The flavour is good and they pack easily in my jersey pocket.

As someone who struggles with hypoglycemia and electrolyte imbalance issues; Honey Stingers have proven themselves invaluable.As I can easily put them in a tote or backpack and have them with me.Makes a trip to the hospital or doctors for testing a whole lot less stressful as I have away to boost my numbers if need be until I can get to have a meal.They taste great! Love these energy waffles, perfect to take on the go for before and during a workout/race. The taste is really good and the best part it doesn’t upset my stomach. It’s the right amount of sweetness and not overpowering. My favorite it’s the salted caramel flavor.

These are a perfect size for a quick snack. I love the taste! The packaging is easy to get into. Somehow they are still moist. I love the flavor, thickness, and they taste as advertised. I have purchased more because they are wonderful with a cup of tea or coffee.
