Great customer service
It worked great first few weeks, then it started powering off in the middle of cooking & wouldn't come back on. This was happening several times while cooking my food which took longer to cook.I called Nuwave Customer support & within a week , I had a replacement & it is working great without any issues at all. Their customer service is outstanding & they're still one of the few companies that stand by their products and satisfy their customers. I will continue to buy Nuwave. This model is easy to use, cooks quickly, food is so crispy and clean-up is easy.

Fantastic air fryer!
Bought this a year ago and I’m pretty impressed. Replaced my broken InstaPot air fryer that didn’t last 2 years with this guy. Decided to try the more toaster oven style. One key feature is this thing is DIY repairable! Parts are available and its pretty easy to disassemble. Wish more companies followed that trend…This thing works really well, but a caveat is it doesn’t hold very much. Trying to use multiple racks will reduce how evenly everything cooks. A single rack does not hold much, so if your looking to cook a bag of fries, maybe stick with the larger basket style, they work better.Temperature accuracy is definitely a bit off on this. Haven’t fully tested all temperature ranges, but it definitely seems to run hot! It’s manageable, just keep an eye on things until you learn the curve. The rotisserie works very well. I use it for chicken wings and while not as good as a crispy deep fried wing, a good dry rub comes out solid. Its annoying if you use a “menu” item that has multiple stages that you need to turn it on for each stage.I was finally able to replace my toaster! 2-3 minutes at 325 and toast is pretty spot on for me. Given i have little counter space, that really helps!Clean up is a mixed bag, as usual with air fryers. I noticed that the catch pan doesn't always catch grease and some will come out under the door. No biggie, just expect it with wet foods. The door is removable with 2 screws for easy cleaning.I wish the interface was better. Its incredibly annoying how the time adjustment jumps between minutes to suddenly adding 4+ hours. It’s the weakest point in the entire system.Overall, its a solid air fryers gets jotter than any other I've used. I wish it had more horizontal space so i could fit more on a single sheet. It’s a solid buy!

Concerned But Love The Versatility
I love the versatility of this oven, but I have concerns about the engineer's choice of gauge for the electrical plug. I only use the 700-watt option and never the 1500 or 1800-watt settings. However, the cord, especially at the connection to the plug, always gets warm to the touch. While it has never gotten hot enough to burn my hand, it does feel quite warm. None of my Vornado electric heaters, which use more watts, get this warm. Because of this, I frequently check the cord. I'm worried about the risk of melting resin, a short circuit, and potentially an electrical fire when using this oven.

First day, but, so far, so good...
Just to see how it operated, and wanting to do something quick and easy, we just had it broil hot dogs. They came out very well, better than using the microwave, for sure. I usually using a flamethrower/cooker I have, that is good, but the NuWave was as good, if not better. So, I'm still on the fence as to how long this will last, but the overall feeling of it, I LOVE it.My main fear is that I will have a problem as some others here have had, I really hope not.The most common problem was the front plastic edging/lip where the basket slides in breaking and preventing the basket from being inserted totally. When that breaks it prevents the unit from even starting, but, I am pretty sure if that happens I will be able to glue it back to where it'll work. I'm REALLY hoping that it won't come to that, but I'd rather try that than shipping the entire thing back to Amazon.I really do like the easy of just pushing a button after looking at the menu and you're off, it heats up REALLY fast, and cooks just as fast. So, time will tell, if it's made well enough, I love the rest of it, I have been wanting to get one for a few years now but was actually too afraid of some Reviews in the last few years. Here's goes nothing!I'll be back to add if any negatives happen, OR, if it's really as good as hoped and I can come back with a glowing report! :)
