This scooter is super fast and a smooth ride. I have my son wearing a helmet. He loves this scooter a lot. It's fun to ride. The shocks work really well and the seat is super comfy. The cool lights come in handy when it gets dark so other vehicles can see my son at night. It was easy to assemble.

I was quiet surprise at how well the company did at packaging the scooter. Very easy to assemble the parts, every tool you need comes with the scooter. Not to mention the phone holder and bag that comes with it. For the price hands down best deal THANKS GUYS ZSNAKE ROCKS!!!

My 13 year old son was the primary rider of this scooter. Despite our initial satisfaction with the unit, on April 15th my son called me to tell me that the front wheel "fell off". I went and picked him up and examined the scooter after we arrived home. To my horror I found that the wheel fell off because the axle that runs through the wheel itself snapped and broke! This scooter was ordered on June 6th and arrived about 10 days later. The scooter was rode the remainder of the summer and into the fall, ceasing use for the year by Halloween (October 31st) so about 4.5 months of use. I live in Nebraska where we have winters that do not allow for riding to take place. A week into riding season this spring, the failure occurred. Excluding the winter months, this unit had less than 5 months of use. I would also point out that my son is only at my home and able to ride 1/2 of the time. Considering the light amount of use before failure, I find a major and extremely dangerous failure like this totally unacceptable. Thankfully the failure occurred at a low rate of speed and my son was able to only sustain minor injuries. It is terrifying to think what could have happened to him had he been at a higher rate of speed. Anything capable of the speed and acceleration this scooter was able to do should be built more robustly. I informed the manufacturer of this failure and all they did was direct me to post-sales support to fix this problem myself, which I also find unacceptable. No apologies, no concern for a catastrophic failure, no inquiring about if anyone was injured. This brand is JUNK and their response to this failure is a JOKE! STAY AWAY! THINGS THAT COST THIS MUCH MONEY AND USED GENTLY AND LIGHTLY SHOULD NOT BREAK LIKE THIS!

This thing is HUGE, TAKES UP A LOT OF SPACE.At first I kept being so scared that I broke it. I was having some anxiety. The suspension made a noise so I kept thinking something fell off. Accidentally had it in eco mode and thought the speed limiter was actually because I broke it. 😂, now that I know what I am doing... OMG, IS IT FUN. I drive the thing on full power so I definitely don't get anywhere close to 60miles before my next charge. But so far it hasn't let me down. Just remember it is NOT an ebike. If you power out... You are pushing 100lb scooter. HahaI have since customized. Got a new seat, and rear rack to connect to the seat. I've now ordered custom valve stem caps, and a bag to act as my trunk.Boy oh boy is this thing a head turner. People definitely notice you going by. I haven't been pulled over yet. Knock on wood.It's a blast to ride standing up. I leave the seat on and still stand up often. I keep my feet staggered so that I can stand up anytime I am ready.I was a relative Noob when buying this. But if you want a great entry level off road scooter... This is for you. It does EVERYTHING the more expensive ones on YouTube do. But mine seems better put together. Solid. Sturdy. I worry wrecking might break something on the handlebars. But all other things seem like they could be hit by a tank and keep rolling.I've heard or seen people complain about this company. I have not had to contact customer service. (Although when I thought I broke it I considered it. Glad I didn't.) As far as my experience, the product has exceeded all expectations.One thing to consider, I don't actually believe the speedometer. Cuz at full blast this thing said I got it to 70mph. I just know that's not possible. But boy is it fast. Tires spin out on take off if you aren't ready for the power. 😂Have fun guys. If I see you out there I'll nod on my way by.P.s. Consider buying a helmet at least to go with it.

My son bought this in June of 2024 to get to work, and he loves it... he's already put over 200 miles on it. He has the 2800w version and it can carry me at 260 pounds up hills without an issue. It is very powerful and quite fast. It's also a very heavy and sturdy machine. There's almost zero flex in the stem of the scooter, which feels much more stable when stopping than some of the adjustable handlebar stems do. The lights are great at night... blinking and flashing like a light show down the stem and sides. He did say that the seat was terribly uncomfortable, and his arm position did look quite awkward when I saw him using it the one time, but I think for some people it's a nice addition that's easily removeable.The charger quit working after only a month... looks like one of the 3 prongs came off inside the plug-head. My son does tend to be hard on things so I don't want to fault the company for something that may not have been their fault. I have reached out to the company about getting a new charger, and they responded almost immediately with a resolution. I was actually shocked at how fast they reached out, and bearing the outcome of that resolution... I think this scooter is perfect for anyone looking to commute to work, or even just scooting around town.This is not a scooter for younger kids, though, or even a lot of teenagers (in my opinion). It can easily hit 30+mph within a couple seconds, and 30 on a scooter feels a lot faster than you would think.
