It should. It was not that difficult to install. It works great on my Suzuki 115 motor.

I'm positive,but I would say yes, because it mounts on the bracket that the steering rod runs through . I had dual cables on my ranger bass boat. Motor is a 2 stroke high out put 150. It was simple to mount and now it's just like the power steering in your auto..I love it!
