use this product for Sweetpea, my flying squirrel. She loves it, it’s easy to clean and to watch her. no missing parts, pretty silvery cage

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Product damaged and it would cost over 60$ to return which you have to pay out of pocket for. Bars were flimsy. instructions terrible.

The media could not be loaded. This came 3 days early but it was missing a very crucial part; one of the legs. I had to improvise and make one out of wood in order for the cage to be sturdy and roll. Also, nothing was labeled so trying to follow picture directions were a bit annoying but was able to figure it out.

So I like most of the cage but one thing I found frustrating was the instructions. While on paper it all had letters the pieces did not which made it a little frustrating. Also, the lower tray that slides in it looks like there's a clip under the doors that is supposed to help hold that in place. However it does not. And I'm 95% sure I built the cage right so the issue would be on the manufacturer of the cage. That being said, it is not a large issue unless you have small children are very mischievous animals.

Going to be missing parts and company will NOT correct. DO NOT buy this product or any products from this company.

If you have guinea pigs, they really don’t know how to use the stairs not great, but it will do to separate the male from the females!

Everything is great other than the bottom of the cage that slides out is not very secure. It's super easy to keep clean but so easy that my chinchilla was able to push it put and escape. Not very sage until I rigged it and tied it to jeep her from escaping with an extra water holder spring thing. Not worth the value I'm my opinion my cat almost killed her. Size was perfect tho at least. Was easy to put together.

Good cage, right price.
