Got this product because it is an active ingredient in Nova which is expensive and not highly rated. Suppossed to help with weight loss. Diet and exercise is a slow process and I think this might help a little bit. Still about 10 lbs. from my ideal weight but getting there. It did really help with hair growth and my nails are smooth, shiny and strong .

It was $70 for 30 capsules!!!!!Upon further investigation I learned it was just overpriced spermidine and found this gold! Way better value, higher bioavailability and higher dosage for almost a quarter of the price!
