The probiotic is very effective. Within the first two weeks of using this women's probiotic you will notice the difference, it is the best vaginal probiotic for the money. Over the years, due to overuse of antibiotics, I have tried almost everything to help my PH levels go down. I honestly don't know what to do anymore, I can't stand my odour (vaginal and underarm) anymore. I am a clean person but never felt clean and it has affected my life and made me feel very self-conscious. Not only is the odour getting worse, but I also get really uncomfortable before my period. A few weeks ago I saw some reviews about these probiotics and thought I'd give this women's probiotic a try. I started taking this probiotic 2 weeks ago and have already noticed a big difference in my body odour (thankfully it hasn't gotten worse). I love how these have all the ingredients a woman needs for a probiotic & prebiotic in 1 serving a day, which is 2 capsules. No refrigeration needed! I know this probiotic for women will work and what I love the most (as im sure others will agree) is the price of this probiotic is way cheaper than what I was using previously. All the qualities that my previous bottle had is the same as this one. Identical in all ways. Its just more affordable. I have more energy and I am in a better mood generally. I also was having a ph balance problem, it resolved after a month or two. I am buying my 4th bottle. So I know this probiotic will be great！I have been out for a couple days now and I have noticed I haven't been having as much energy as I do normally when I take it.
