This was the best dried peaches we have ever had. My mother who loves dried fruit asked me to get both this and the apricot, the same brand for her, and I found out to my disappointment that it is no longer available, she does not want any other brand/replacement.

Intent was to use for fruitcake. So delicious I have been snacking on them. I could not find dried peaches in groc stores (and GA is supposed to be the peach state!) so I ordered from Amazon. These are CA oeaches and SOOO good.

Get your sugar the healthy way. This is a great addition to a glass of champagne or white wine. And perfect for charcuterie boards. Or all by itself. I take a bag on long drives and eat some after the gym, too.

I ordered dried peaches for old-fashioned fried peach pies. Dried peaches are no longer available in local grocery stores. The taste of these peaches did not disappoint! The description states they were dried, but they were still a bit fresh. I was a little scared that they might mold if I put them away like that, so I spread them out on my dining room table in the afternoon sunlight (through the window) for a couple of days. When I thought they were sufficiently dried, I packaged them in zip-lock bags. I have not made the fried peach pies yet, but my family can't wait.

The intense flavor and texture are both so good, it's actually hard to believe. I buy a lot of dried peaches from various health food stores, because I love them. These are by far the best I have ever had. Only one problem: I don't think 5 pounds of these are going to last very long. I bought 5 pounds of these and 5 pounds of dried California apricots. I opened the apricots first. The apricots were excellent, and I thought that the peaches would be no match for them. But, the peaches turned out to be terrific.

Really frustrated that they added Sulfer Dioxide to the peaches! Why can’t they just be regular dried peaches with no added sugar. PO-ed I paid close to 40 dollars for these peaches just for them to out this crap on there. It can cause problem for people with inflammation! Stop putting crap in our food and just give us regular no sugar added dried fruit. The bag smells really bad and I can see mold on a few of the peaches, which is because you can tell there is moisture in the bag. They don’t even really have a flavor. It’s more about the texture. Really upset for the amount you are paying. NOT ordering from them ever again. Please save your money and buy another brand!

I got the peaches also. I wrote to the company but have not heard back yet.That is exactly what happened to me! The smell was like sulfur and vinegar and just stinks. Hard to describe, but for all the money you pay for their fruit, I would not order again. I ate a few also, thinking it was maybe just me, and did not feel well all evening. I thought the smell may go away, after I put them in the refrigerator, but it has not. I have nothing against Traina - I could not wait to get these - but they are inedible.This is an add on to the comment. The company was very nice and told me that this is a normal smell, like stinky socks after working out. I did find if I let them at room temperature and let them air out - they tasted like really good peaches.

Just enough sweetness as a sliced after meal dessert or topping for oatmeal and yogurt.
