It Works!!!
I don't write a lot of reviews, but this product deserves one. You WILL notice a difference after using if your diesel had been neglected for a few thousand miles like my 2014 Passat TDI SEL was. In the 14 Passat it is super simple to use, I just pulled out the old fuel filter, sucked all the old fuel out of the fuel filter canister with a turkey baster, put the new filter in, and before starting the engine I filled the entire canister up with Diesel Purge. When I started it up the engine runs great on the straight diesel purge. There is absolutely no doubt in my "butt dyno" that power has been restored. Better mileage, better acceleration, smoother idle, less diesel knock. I'll definitely be using this every oil change from now on.

Keep your German diesel happy
This stuff works wonders! I add this directly to my 06 e320 CDI fuel filter each fuel filter change, after you prime and start the vehicle you can smell it in the exhaust doing its thing and cleaning. Pair this with liqui moly fuel additive and you willHonestly feel the engine run better.Diesel fuel In the United States prior to 2006 had 5,000 ppm (parts per million) of sulfur, now it has 15 ppm on average! Sulfur acted like a lead did in gasoline, basically a lubricant. Adding additives like this into your diesel is crucial for the fuel system!

Tune-up in a can for your Diesel engine.
Diesel Purge by Lubri-Moly is a go-to injection pump and injector cleaner for any Diesel engine. What I have been doing lately is putting a can in the tank and driving it every so often but for a deep clean I remove the fuel lines from the fuel filter and run them both into a CLEAN container with a whole can of this in it. Run the engine until it's almost used up, it will circulate almost pure Diesel purge through the pump and injectors and back into the container. This is a heavy clean and should get your pump and injectors back to smooth operation. Put whatever is left in the tank. Happy motoring!

Fixed a problem I didn't know existed
Didn't help with what I initially bought the product for but it did make a huge difference in power. I didn't even know the car was supposed to have that kind of throttle response and torque tell I did this.

Awesome product
Product worked amazingly. After researching product directions and applications both Manufacturer and on you tube etc, I tried a new approach. Applying additive directly in fuel filter rather than hose method shown on you tube as my vehicle has been modified for veggie or diesel fuel and has additional filters and heaters and I was not sure of DIY method. After draining the diesel fuel from the primary filter not a new fresh filter so to not saturate with additive and possibly damage filter, I refilled and topped it off to the brim with Liqui Moly and started it up directly after refill. My Proud '1987 Mercedes 300D with 350Kmiles (almost new :) started right up no stall or air gap in fuel system, ran it for 10 mins at various RPM just like normal. Viola, it runs so much better. Liqui Moly fixed the rough idle/cylinder misfire, fixed the slow throttle response, fixed the hard starts Like nothing I have ever seen. I regularly personally maintain all our (5) vehicles and now I will use Liqui Moly at every filter change. Thank you Liqui Moly for a great product.

Not sure I needed it
I use Stanadyne with every fill up in my 2005 Jetta TDI, but I put this in my fuel filter housing when I changed the filter. It may have made a difference, but I'm not sure. Couldn't hurt.

Good quality cleaner at a competitive price
Good quality cleaner at a competitive price. Other places sell it for more. Got it here for $11.07 tax included. Bought it for my 2002 Jetta TDI (MK4) that set for a long time and had trouble starting. Also had a check engine light with fault code P1246: "needle lift sensor implausible signal", which is on #3 injector. I got a new fuel filter, filled it (that serves as priming of the fuel system, too) with Diesel Purge and installed the filter. The car was running on mostly the Diesel Purge until it was depleted. It did not smoke or struggle when running on Diesel Purge and actually smelled a little like I was running bio diesel or veggie oil. The check engine light went away on it's own and the car starts and runs great. This is a good cleaner/additive, I recommend it. This isn't my first time using it. Used it on an old Merc 240D before with good results. Note that one 500ml bottle barely filled the new Jetta fuel filter. You would need (2) bottles, so you can top off the filter (fuller is better and makes for easier starting after you replace filter) and add some to the tank as well AND have a little extra for later.Good luck!

Truly Amazed!
I don't write reviews - - but, immediately after using this product, I knew I'd have to review it. I have an 35-yr old Yanmar 3GM-30F marine engine in a sailboat. It has been well cared for had run pretty well [once it started]. After purchasing the boat 2yrs ago, I had gone through most of the systems: Polished Fuel Tank; Changed Fuel/Water seperator/filter; Re-Bled Fuel System; New Fuel Lift Pump; etc etc... But, I couldn't fix the nagging "cold start" issue - which was it basically took about 15-20 seconds of cold cranking to get the engine to start.Well, not anymore! After treatment [2-bottles], the engine fires up within the first second of cranking! I ran 2 bottles straight through the engine by closing the valve before the filter and pouring directly into the Seperator/Filter [took about 30-minutes]. Truly Amazing!!
