Ordered this trampoline in the fall of ‘24. I have 5 kids that jump on it regularly no matter the weather and it is holding up well. During a high wind storm a pole snapped and when we contacted the customer service they were extremely helpful and would respond right away. Caroline was very helpful and responded to my questions/concerns right away the next day. We received the replacement pole and then discovered a second had also snapped. Still, Caroline and the customer service team continued to help until we got the trampoline all fixed. So wonderful!!!

Purchased in late January, but not able to set up right away due to weather. When the box arrived, everything looked solid and secure (lots of tape), but there was one spring just sitting on top of the boxes. When we were finally able to set it up, we found out that 5 springs were missing. Shipping company must have retaped the boxes after one came apart. At this point, it was well past the return/refund timeframe, but a quick email to the seller explaining the delay, and they are sending the springs! No hassle, super easy to work with.The trampoline itself was simple enough to put together. Calls for 2 people, but I was able to do it by myself - just a lot of circles around and around as you add more springs. Instructions were easy to follow and tools were provided. Product seems very sturdy. Love that the springs are outside the net area, so less chance of someone getting caught in them (unlike the old days...).

Took a few hours to install but easy enough to do. Two boys have been enjoying enough space to bounce with friends.

so with the cloth attaching inside it's hard to sweep the leaves out of the trampoline . it's also hard to get the water off the edges . the trampoline itself works well though. it's been great for kids and for adults to.

amazing product exactly as described Only had it up for a few days so far but it seems extremly well made and my all but grown kids love it. Beats the H*** out of junk we had been buying from W**M*** every spring

I would like to say that I have never dealt with a better customer service than them. My kids broke one of the polls after only having a for 7/8months. my son who has autism like to pull on the polls and unfortunately we had some crazy winds in my area. It just made it even worse and broke it off and for safety reason we that reached out to the company and I am not gonna lie to you the way they dealt with me and how fast and how quickly they dealt with my problem was incredible. In the past, I did buy from other trampoline companies, and my experience with them was horrible. A lovely lady called Marina. she was phenomenal if you need a trampoline and you have a little kids or kids that play rough honestly buy it from a company who understands and respect you and values you as a customer as these products are not cheap. These trampoline cost are over 500 so def would give them 5star!

Had a net pole break and I contacted the seller. It was ridiculously easy to get a replacement shipped to me for $5. Martina walked me through the process and followed up at each step. The customer service is fantastic.
