Dried Black Fungus 250g Antidoxidant

First, this is the best value for cloud ears (black fungus) that I have found on the internet.I’m very pleased with the quality in that the “ears” are actually quite thin and delicate rather than the thick tough wood-ears that most chinese supermarkets sell nowadays. They do come attached to the woody bit in the centre and while you can eat this most of the time, occasionally, in large bunches, you will have to remove the woody centre that joins the leaves as it would be too tough to eat.As to it “loosing color” when washed according to another review, I really don’t think it matters weather it’s more brown than black as long as it tastes good.Altogether, I’m very pleased with this and have already bought two extra packets in case the vendors discontinue this brand.

Terrible food with pigment. Auricularia auricula should taste very soft, but you can make a strange sound? No matter how bad food is, shouldn't stomach ache? I demand a refund and compensation.
