Bulk tumeric, taste is similar to other mainstay brands
It's just turmeric powder. I honestly can't taste any differences between this and my usual McCormick-branded turmeric.It blends in well with other spices, and 6 oz of spice is a lot. I'm only about 1/3 of the way done with this thing and I've been cooking with it for about a month now. The price is pretty good for what you get.
