Stunning watch & Amazing value
I was looking at this watch for some time on other sites (UK) for £289 then when I found it on Amazon for a much lower price I quickly snapped it up for £169. I thought this was the UK version but turns out not to be. This is the BN0150 10E European model number where as the UK is BN0150-28E. However this is the exact same watch only difference is the last 3 digits on the model numbers for a lot less £££The watch itself is stunning in every way, simple, clean, classic, looking, quality made watch that could be worn every day or for an occasion and never need to worry about batteries being a eco drive & charges from any light.I love this watch and would highly recommend it to anyone. Only 1 tiny negative thing like others have experienced is the rubber strap can feel stiff but I've found and wearing it a few times now it feels more comfortable. If this is an issue for you there's a way to soften the rubber by removing the strap and placing it in a cup of boiling water, just look on YouTube to show how to do this.

Smaller than expected
There are many thousands of reviews online for this watch, so I will just stick to the basics. Very well made & looks good, it is a lot smaller than I expected, so will look good even on small wrists. I find the strap to be comfortable with plenty of adjustment. The lume is excellent, even after only a few minutes of light, it is very bright. The watch hands line up perfectly with the indices on the dial and it keeps good time. As it is an eco-drive, I expect the watch to run for many years.

The original and best.
I have this watch in 4 different colours. Green, red, grey and now black. All bezels on my watches have a slightly different feel and the AR coatings appear different on one or two also. Something I questioned with citizen themselves. However this black version is perfect and by far the best of the lot. Clear dial with no reflection giving the watch a great look. No QC issues at all with this purchase. I am very happy. Black watches are classic in my opinion. I love it.

The best lume I have ever known ... and a splendid watch included with it.
There are lot of reviews out there for this watch - it's actually something of a 'classic' with a bit of a cult following on the scuba diving scene. For me though, I just bought one to try as a substitute for my old Omega Seamaster, which retired to the safe when it became too valuable to wear every day (especially for the 'dirty jobs').I've owned my blue Citizen for nearly a year now and liked it so much that I bought a second one in black. They look good on any number of different types of strap (especially diver and NATO styles), but I actually found a chunky s/s bracelet that I really like to wear it on a few months ago and have kept it that way ever since (see photo). The main thing that I want to contribute to this list of reviews is this comment/opinion ....The lume on this watch is incredibly bright and long-lasting - more than on many watches with Swiss Superluminova (including Rolexes) and Seiko's famous Lumibrite. There are plenty of online 'Lume Wars' video clips to attest to this and you can believe them. That alone, for me, makes this watch indispensable.Aside from the lume, the watch is comfortable to wear and nowhere near as bulky in feel as it may look in photographs. The only 'down side' (with this and all Eco-Drive watches) is that it really does need a good, long charge from DIRECT, STRONG SUNLIGHT before it will run for any length of time. If you charge it on an overcast day, wear it once and put it back in the drawer for a week, there's a good chance that it will go into 'limp mode' and start counting off two second intervals on the seconds hand. If it's worn often enough, that shouldn't happen, but if you have a collection of watches, keep in mind that these Citizens don't like to be neglected. For me though, the BN0151 (and BN0150) is a five-star classic watch and incredibly good value for money, especially when Amazon have a deal on.Thanks for reading!

Kind of perfect
I was looking for a blue watch and didn’t want to spend a small fortune on a Tudor BB58 or similar. I happened to see a review of the Citizen Promaster Diver’s and thought it looked good. One thing I would like to point out is that the rubber strap no longer comes with the Diving Timetable on it. To me, this is a good thing as I was considering buying a replacement strap until it arrived. The strap is nice and soft and is very comfortable. I don’t feel the need to swap it out now I’ve tried it.As for the actual watch, I actually love it. As it’s quartz (Eco-drive), it’s a lot lighter than my automatic watches. It’s very legible with its chunky hand set and hour markers. The seconds hand hits the markers perfectly, which is not that common in quartz watches. The bezel has a nice action, much easier to turn than my Oris Aquis for example.Accuracy is spot on as well. I’ve had the watch for nearly a week and it has genuinely not lost or gained a second in that time. Amazing. There’s not really much else to say. Are there any negatives? Perhaps the blue could be a touch brighter, but that’s just subjective. In fact I like it so much, I’ve decided to sell my Hamilton Khaki Field Auto as this has impressed me so much and I doubt I’ll ever wear the Hamilton again now.

Citizen bn 0151.
A very good watch that is very easy to read at a glance. The lume is fantastic and does last throughout the night. The eco-drive means no battery changes. Very happy with this purchase. Date window a little small but do'nt need to look at it more than once a day. Bezel is great, once set it doesn't move on its own. Bezel action is perfect great for parking meters and kitchen timings. A proper tool watch that never leaves my wrist. Just bought a nato strap for a more comfortable fit. Fantastic watch!
