Very pleased and satisfied with my order! Value for the money is great because I purchased on sale! It is extremely heavy. I believe the weight is around 70 pounds so definitely order the trolley! The design is very sleek and the big quality seem very good! The capacity for energy storage is excellent and the noise level is minimal! Their customer service is outstanding. I ran into an issue receiving an inverter with software issues. Sent it back to the company and they had a new one out within a week. I would definitely recommend!

Works well and takes up less space. For a whole house battery back up. I love the fact that I can buy up 5 batteries.

Man are these things heavy! I’m not weak, I have a toddler I must raise above my head at least 100 times a day - and she weights 25 lbs, so that’s easily 2,500 pounds I curl each day…. But god bless my FedEx driver for not burning my house down because when I ordered 3 batteries and the head unit, I had no idea that these things weight 120lbs a piece. And I’m not a scientist but for some reason, things tend to be heavier in the winter time! So after I only slightly struggle to get these into my garage, I unbox them all like a kid at Christmas - and let me tell you, it is as easy as legos to put together. It all just makes sense. Have them all charged up and waiting for the electrician to come this week to install the Smart panel 2, so we will be all set for a few days should the amazing Texas power grid decide to crap out.They are expensive but I plan to continue to buy more batteries in the future to protect my family and home.

I bought this for my outside office, so was trying to move it out to where my solar panels meets the plugs. Moved it about 10 feet when I heard a crack from the castor wheels and the entire thing toppled over onto me, I got a few bruises and cuts. EcoFlow should’ve know if they labeled this durable and moveable, castor wheels should’ve lasted over at least FLAT concrete terrain AND at least more then 5 minutes and they even advertised 5 batteries AND a inverter, that didn’t even happen.The solar ports don’t work anymore and yes, I plugged them into other generators and they worked wonders pulling in more then 400w, but the solar ports don’t work anymore so I have to use the AC to charge the battery, I didn’t even get to use it and it already broke

easiest fitting of an extra battery on a solar system ever! just added another and looking to use them at my restaurant , they work that good and very easy to manage with the smart panel

I purchased this battery to go with my Delta Pro Ultra. I live where the power goes out regularly enough it's important to be able to go a few hours without power or to provide my own.I sometimes work from home and I actually lost power today. I ran this battery attached to the Delta Pro Ultra and it got me through the power outage with plenty to spare. I was able to keep all my technology items going and keep working through the outage.Other than weighing a ton and being a lot of weight to handle on your own, these are pretty simple devices. Simply plug it in to the delta pro ultra stack with the provided jumper cable and away you go.You might be able to get tax benefits/credits (will need to do your own research) based on the amount of power one of these batteries provides. I intend to do this and keep buying batteries, as I can, to max out the stack at 5.These are pretty expensive is my main complaint so time your purchases with major shopping events like prime day and you can get a pretty decent discount here on Amazon. Amazon isn't the only place that carries these but the prices here seem to track with other places as sales happen at the same time.NOTE: you do need the Ecoflow Delta Pro to use this. I am not aware of a way to use this battery any other way.
