Under a year and it stopped working. Light says it’s charging, but won’t turn on after unplugged. A year. Worked great when it did, but what good is that when it doesn’t turn on? A year. It lasted less than a year. Woo-hoo.

Cleans my ears well, the product is easy to use and works the way it should. On the plus side, it's gentle enough so it won't hurt your ears, is safe to use, and works great. I am very satisfied and highly recommend!

So I noticed some reviews on here where people are saying that the product doesn't remove their earwax. As a person with really bad built up earwax and narrow ear canals (I have to go to the doctor every 3 months to get it removed) it's best to use hydrogen peroxide and a cotton ball before using this product. It'll soften your earwax and make it easier for the product to do it's job. What you'll do is put the hydrogen peroxide into your ear and you'll hear a little bit of bubbling. As that's happening you'll also put some peroxide onto a cotton ball and clog it until you don't ear the bubbling and crackling anymore. (I suggest one ear at a time) After that's done you'll begin to use this product. I suggest using warm water as they do at the clinic for me and allow the water to do it's job. Once that's finished you'll be able to hear colors again LOL. Hope this helps :)
