Not one to write reviews but after spending so much time researching and comparing laptops I felt it was only right.Hesitant to purchase used from 3rd party because of reviews but after looking at countless other laptops, their reviews, considering specs to price point I kept coming back to this laptop and I am very glad I did! For the 3rd party I purchased it from I have to say the product I got was awesome the laptop received was like brand-new would never have guessed it was used. My need and use for a laptop is for managing my small reselling clothes and books business. For the price paid I feel like I got a steal given the specs were fairly decent for a non-gaming basic use laptop the real bonus was that this machine has a larger 17 inch touch screen. The laptop setup is fairly quick. Now having it all setup and running the machine I can attest to so far it is fast and responsive, all needed apps installed successfully after getting out of S mode and seems to be working without a hitch.If you find yourself in a similar situation as I was in and are getting burned out on trying to find the best budget laptop that works like a higher priced laptop or as they say bigger bang for your buck-- give this laptop a chance.

The computer works but it is slow. I purchased this computer as a backup to the same model that I had purchased previously. The computer does everything that I want it to do but it is much slower than my other computer that is the exact same model. Additionally, the audio jack doesn't work on this one. For a used computer, it does what I need it to do for a reasonable price. Probably won't buy this way again.

Network adapter is terrible had to replace it to get on the internet no settings adjustments or fixed would resolve the issue.

This laptop is user friendly and has a lot of features that I've never had before. I love it and I'm on it every day. It's more than what I expected. When I receive a text, it displays on my laptop. That's the feature I love most. You can't go wrong with HP.
