This was a huge help in my weight loss. I lost nearly 100 pounds. I drank one or two of these a day as a part of my diet. I was a on a very low calorie diet, and with the approval of my doctor, these added a valuable source of calcium and protein, along with other nutrients. They also don't contain all of the sugar that the old SlimFast has. If you are interested in low carb, these are good for that. I don't care about low carb, but who needs a bunch of sugar? I have maintained my weight loss for nearly two years now, and I still drink SlimFast often. I still watch my diet (that's how you maintain, right?) and these are a great way to get a lot of nutrition for very little calories. Also helpful on the go, and to keep at work. This is my favorite of the flavors. I like to put it over ice and then it's like I went out and got an iced latte. It feels like a real treat. I suggest SlimFast Advanced to people all of the time. When they ask me how I lost weight, I tell them "calories in, calories out", and SlimFast helps!

I love coffee! ... Ahem. Let me rephrase that; I love a little bit of coffee with my cream and sugar. I put so much cream in my coffee, it turns white (practically).Only thing is, since committing to my diet, I have cut all drinks from my life. My coffee, although never measured, would be way too many calories for me. I don't drink my calories anymore and only have water, infused water, or water with Lipton drink mixes.That being said, I desperately miss coffee (and mountain dew), but have since found a better alternative: Slim-fast Cappuccino Delight and Slim-fast Caramel Latte! They taste just as creamy and sweet as my usual morning coffee, but with only 180-190 calories. And since I don't feel like eating in the mornings, and had been skipping breakfast altogether, this is perfect for a meal replacement. This not only curbs my cravings until lunch, but I also no longer crave coffee. Best of all, the Caramel Latte has only 1 gram of sugar.

Great for breakfast

Horrible taste. Didin't find out until it came that there is no return policy from this vendor. May have been left in heat or something. It actually tasted rancid. I have to reorder from another trusted vendor and get a different flavor. ((I can't even donate these to a food bank.))

Nummy protein substitute

These shakes (which is only 1 pack btw) taste pretty decent. Definitely a strong coffee taste, which I prefer in the mornings.Here's what every reviewer fails to tell you; After drinking just one of these, my urine smelled like coffee for 2 days afterwards. I thought I was just remembering the scent, but very quickly realized it was coming from my pee. My husband tried one of the shakes and he too reported smelly urine.I hope this honesty helps other buyers. It has a good taste, but does come with consequences.
