the 2 boxes were damaged in transit as they are soft sided, not hard sided. they were both put into an Amazon shipping bag, not box resulting in damages.I use the product and I have no problem with the quality.It is a disappointment that Amazon ships products this way causing damage to each of the outer boxes.
