I have been using this the past few days before I sleep and while I am on Keto. I have slept like a rock all night long and used it on a sore muscle the other day as well and I am sold. It works great! I have told everyone I know to try it and had a co worker purchase it to try it out.

I was enjoying using this before bed as it did seem to help with sleep however it really dried out my feet and turned them colors and had to discontinue use for now for my feet to heal if it wasn't for that I would have given a better rating

I love this product! I suffer from arthritis and night time is tough when I can't relax. This spray has little to no smell, which I love because I'm sensitive to fragrance. It feels luxurious on my skin and doesn't need to be rubbed in. I do not off excess amounts to avoid getting my bedding wet, but it dries quickly. The bottle has a disclaimer that there could be a salt residue, but I haven't had that experience yet. By the time it dries, my knees are relaxed enough that I can lay down and get sleep without a mess or pain.
