1000 Stars! I'm hooked!
So far, I've made tea and sprinkled the seeds on my Greek Yogurt. These seeds are DELICIOUS on Greek yogurt and make a great tasting tea!No sugar needed.https://www.amazon.com/reviews/edit-review/edit?ie=UTF8&asin=B0CG7S11B6&reviewID=R1FT6C9BTGPKB8I put them in a seed grinder first to get all the goodness. Yummy!Since I've only had the product for 2 days, I can't attest to anything else (hair, skin, bones etc.).But I will update in a month or so.LOVE it!*********************UPDATE: June 12, 2025Go RAW!I'm not boiling the seeds anymore. The hot "tea" is nothing compared to ingesting the seeds RAW.It's easier just to put a Tsp of seeds in water, let 'em soften for 15 minutes, then drink the water and chew the seeds.Good anti-inflammatory and whatever else ails you.

A bit more bitter than others.
Because there are more bitter than others I have tried I am exploring ways to use the bitterness in recipes. I suspect their taste is due to being fresher than previous others. I have found soaking in warm and hot water mellow the taste. Heating in dry pan to toast them also makes them rather nutty. However, I didn’t buy this large bag to have them as a spice. I purchased them for their health benefits. Dr. Michael Greger’s NutritionFacts.org has a lot of information on the many health benefits. He is focused on how to extend the years we can stay healthy. These seeds can be a part of that health extension.
