I've been searching for a healthier alternative to the popular brand that starts with Liquid and I believe my search has completed.I really like the 1000 mg of sodium and magnesium being included in this one. This will help me start my day with more energy, performance and should really help jumpstart my daily gym time.I've noticed I'm more regular when I use this powder and I believe it will help my memory and muscle recovery as well.So many health benefits in 1 easy packet. The taste is like a salt packet so the more water you add, the more the taste will be neutralized.

This electrolyte packet product was quite effective at boosting energy. I tried when I fasted and it does really help minimize brain cloud/fog. I drink much water throughout the day, but adding this solution actually helps me go to the bathroom a little less. I feel like the water is better absorbed in my body, therefore preventing muscle cramps and the brain fog I've had before, especially when periodically fasting. I will say the taste of salt is strong. When I started taking initially, I had to reduce to half a packet for a week or so and work up to the full packet. Not a huge adjustment, but it's too strong to start off with the serving they provide. But it's wonderfully effective and does what's promised. I'll buy again now that I've grown accustomed to the intensity.

I have been following a Ketovore/Carnivore way of eating(WOE) since 7-1-23. I began with a different electrolyte company until [they] were "outed" for not disclosing their full ingredients. I felt blindsided and decided to try this brand. I found it has met my daily needs and can add to my once-a-day iced or hot coffee without compromising on taste. I also have not suffered any leg cramps or any side effects while using one packet a day. It is convenient to take with me, if I am not able to use it at home.I ordered this 2nd monthly supply and opted to subscribe for automatic monthly delivery, thereafter. I recommend this brand and, this seller.

I question the quality of this product. It caused my face to flush and hives! I’ve tried many electrolytes powder and none have been this fine of a powder consistency, as you can see in the pic of the red bowl. The other powders are from a high sodium packet (off-white powder) “similar” to zerospike from another brand and the other is an electrolyte powder from a different brand (blue powder). The other brands have some granule consistency but zero spike is literally fine fine powder similar to confectionery sugar. Where’s the salt? Also the amount of powder is questionable because the high sodium packets usually have the amount in the red bowl (off-white powder).BIG RED FLAG for me is it says manufactured in China not made in the USA. Another red flag there is no ingredients list!!! There are only nutritional facts. I’m unsure but something sold in the US isn’t it suppose to contain an ingredients list?? I do not believe this is a product you are being led to believe is clean or authentic. I don’t even really know if I want to know what it contains like I’ve seen some stuff contain that were Made in China.

I've been using it for a week already, and 2 days ago I made a 24-hour fast. It helped me to sustain my energy levels so I could tackle my daily activities without fatigue or brain fog. I'm used to prolonged fasting and I've used other products, like mineral drops. That also works for me but the convenience of having your dosages in packs you can easily take with you is very appealing. I can put a couple of these in my gym bag or if I go out on a weekend I can pack 2 or 3 of these.I recommend not to pour an entire pack of this in a regular-sized water bottle (16oz) because you are going to feel a strong salty flavor which is normal, instead, use half or even a quarter of the content of one small pack into 16 oz of water. This way it will be more palatable. Also, spreading your mineral consumption during the day is better than a single concentrated shot.I also mixed a quarter of one small pack content into a cup of sugar-less coffee... and I fully recommend it because it helped balance out the natural bitterness and improved the taste. (I accept some hard judgments on this preference of mine 😅)I fully recommend this product 👍

Let me start by saying,, I like salt but this tastes legit like drinking the ocean, even diluted with 16 oz of water. I’ll finish the box by mixing a cup of orange juice with a cup of water, then the product. It still tastes salty but it’s tolerable.
