Good pump to support low water pressure
Before it was taking me an hour to fill a gallon this pump has helped me cut that down to only 17 minutes for a gallon. Definitely will make filling water for my aquariums so much easier and faster each week rather than spending the entire weekend filling buckets.

Great unit works better than I thought it would.
I really like this unit it checks all the boxes for my use case. It fixed my low pressure issue, regens quickly and allows the ro filter to make better water. I really like that this is an all in one unit, and comes in a compact unit. Any other solution requires me to mount pumps, valves, and pressure sensors. This does it all in one nice unit, it has only been in production for 24 hours but it has already reduced my waste brine water from 10:1 to 1.25:1 which is a huge. 100 gallons to make 10 gallons of good water is a horrible waste, this fixed it right up and doesn't look like a rats nest of wires, pumps and water lines. If this holds up for 2 years it will pay for itself. So this unit has been in operation now for 6 months and it still works perfectly! It has made over 500 gallons of ro water the rejection rate is still great for on the ro membrane at 495 ppm in and 7 ppm out. Definitely a recommend for anyone that needs a ro booster pump.

Amazing automation, but too much and too little at the same time
I want the preface this by saying this is an absolutely amazing product and raise our RO membrane pressure from 18 PSI all the way up to 90 psi. It works extremely quiet and the auto shut off and auto flush are also amazing feature to have. However, all those amazing automation is also the source of my irritation. The biggest problem with the RO buddy is the lack of customization. Everything on this unit is completely automated and there is nothing you can really do to change any of the setting. It would be so amazing if it allows us to control the PSI setting going into the RO membrane as well as how long and how often the flush cycle should occur... With that said, this is still an amazing product and I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Wish I bought this sooner!
When I first opened the unit, I was perplexed, and a bit intimidated by all the different tubes and parts in the box. It only took about 5 minutes of reading to sort through the very clearly written instructions. About 15 or 20 minutes later, I had over 100psi of beautiful R.O. water pumping into my reservoir.Immediately I noticed that the waste water was coming out at about the same rate as the new! I had always disliked the fact that all that waste water was going down my drain. Another great feature is when I added the float cut-off valve. I no longer have to worry about staying up late to turn the water flow off. BONUS! No more worries. The only down-side I can come up with, is I should have bought this a long time ago.

Better results, than expected!
The media could not be loaded. So far, excellent! If anything happens, or lifespan isn't sufficient, I'll update!I'm getting 132 gallons per day, from a 100 gallons per day filter, with this pump!I'm on a well, pressure averaged about 40 psi. Now, between 80-90! It fits perfectly where I need it.All connections are up front and they provide 6 elbows, to use where you need them! The case, makes it look nice and organized! The hardest part, deciding where to put it.Price was right too!

My Bad Luck or Cheap Parts?
I purchased this pump to add to my RO Buddie 100 gpd unit. I really liked the idea that they put all the necessary components into one case and it was very easy to set up as each connection was clearly labeled on the unit. The problems started after I ran the pump for 24 hours. It worked fine that first run. It was connected to a float valve. After the first 24 hours the pump started cycling on and off and never reached the proper PSI. I contacted Aquatic Life Tech support. They didn't try too hard to trouble shoot it via email. They said to return it and they would send out a replacement. I had to send the original unit back before they would send out a replacement and they sent out the replacement by horse or turtle as it took over a week to get to me.The replacement unit arrived and I could hear something rattling around inside the unit. I didn't open up the box. I attached the pump and turned it on. Water poured out of the bottom of the unit. After some back and forth with tech support they admitted they had sent me a unit that had been returned by another customer. Great. So I had to ship that back and they sent me another unit. More down time. By the time the next unit arrived I had shut my pond down for the winter and did not need to run the RO unit..Spring arrives. I pull out the second replacement unit, hook it up, and turn it on. Water pours out of the bottom of the unit!!! At tech support's suggestion, I remove the cover. One of the plastic elbows was broken. They sent me a replacement elbow so more waiting and down time. I install the new elbow and fire up the unit. Water pours out the bottom. At this point I'm very frustrated. I request that they send me a replacement asap. They refuse to send a new unit until they receive the old one. They tell me they do not have problems with this unit. In other words, somehow it is my fault that the units are broken when they arrive and leak water. Anyway, going through the same return and replace routine would involve another couple weeks. Forget it. Life is too short I get a refund from Amazon within one hour of contacting Amazon customer support. It's clear that other people have been able to use this pump with some satisfaction but I do not have much good to say about the product or Aquatic Life's customer support. Maybe I just had really bad luck and got three faulty units. Anyway, now I'll have to go out and find a better product even if that means it will be in components instead of all put together in one box.
