Perfect!
I have lower back issues and finally decided to invest in a better chair for my home office. This Hinomi took maybe 10 minutes to put together and is fantastic! It is well made, super comfortable and easy to adjust to the best position for you with lots of options to fine tune things. I opted for the head rest and while it's fine, I don't find it super useful. If you're on the fence you might save some money and skip it. I was on the fence about buying this versus looking out for a deal on an Aeron and I think I made the right choice and while it isn't cheap I think it is a fair cost/quality ratio for what you're paying.

Very comfortable
I have a job where I sit much of the day. I was looking for a chair that would give my back the support it needed. So far this one is doing a great job. I have less back pain since using it.

Love this brand! Well made chair.
This chair was better than most of the other comparable chairs. It has several adjustable settings including the arms, seat, back and headrest, in addition to height. I have the higher-end model in my office and this was for my husband. He is much happier with this vs. one we got on a lightning deal. Hinomi makes quality products.I should also note it was very easy to assemble.

The seat is very hard
While some features are comfortable, the seat has no cushion and was painful. I recommend another chair or buy a pad to provide cushion.

Comfortable Chair
I bought this for my husband as he constantly complained about the last three chairs we've purchased in the last few years. He's happy with this one and says it's comfortable. His back no longer hurts.

Worth the expense
Great for guitar players. Easy assembly and use. Enjoy the foldable arm rests very much.

Terrible material
I like the functionality of the chair. The movement of the arm rests, the reclining feature and lumbar support are good. However, the material is awful. It is very very rough and sitting in it 5 min can leave indented lines on your legs for an hour. It really is horrible. I had already put it together so I kept it but it is unusable without having a thick blanket on top to cover every area. The material actually hurts. I do not recommend buying this chair at all.
