Worth a try
I was recommended these tablet to assist in slight knee pain I take them every day with other supplements and it’s hard to tell the results as I also do leg excercises to strengthen the muscles around the knee but yes I would buy again as part of an other all package of treatment

These were value for money but the size was just too big for me to swallow so haven’t bought any more.

I have been taking glucosamine and chondroitin for awhile as I have back and neck problems. I have also taken turmeric so this formula saves me from taking extra tablets. There is also ginger, vitamin C and rose hip within the 2 capsules you take daily.I haven’t had any decline in my condition and haven’t noticed any improvement since I’ve been taking these, so hopefully they are helping.The capsules aren’t too big and are definitely easier to swallow than tablets, the container does have a bit of a smell to it the capsules don’t really have any smell or taste.Overall I am happy with these and would buy this brand again in the future.

I started taking Glucosamine Sulphate and Chondroitin, after that my GP told me I could have arthritis.I take it together with Boswellia Serrata, almost daily. Sometimes twice a week, it depends how I feel.These capsules are easy to take, no side effects, and they also contain other natural anti inflammatory ingredients, such as reship, ginger and turmeric.The price is also good, compared to other brands that offer the same dosage. I think this is good product, also other customers reported positive effect after taking them.
