I live in an area without a good variety of international foods and ingredients so when I needed this for a sushi casserole I wanted to make, I looked on here and found it. It's a glass jar, packaged well and sealed. I have used it a couple times now and it seems to add a flavor that everyone has enjoyed. I have already placed another order to have a back up.

Some if the bonito flakes feel like plastic pieces. Not sure if it is old or shaved to thick. Otherwise flavor is good.

I was thinking this was more of a flavorful Asian spice. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

Great topping for making poke nachos or sometimes I sprinkle on my Roman ...delicious seasoning

I make homemade sushi and shushi bowls! I use this as a topper or layer it in my bowls as I make them!!

There is a clear cancer warning on the label which was not noted in the product description. Also, looking at all the zeros on the nutrition label, there is little to no nutritional value in using this product. Since it's not returnable, I'll be throwing it away and calling it a loss.Extremely disappointed in this seller...buyer beware!

I use this seasoning for everything including popcorn!
