Good Quality
The quality of the Mixer is good and heavy duty. Worth for money. The Jars are bit small compared to similar products but is is fine.The big jar blade quality is not good as expected

Just within 2 months of use the gasket for all three jar covers are broken, very low quality

Zero damages and item was deliverd from origin country made authorized delar.
Item was nicely packed. Initialy used to make Chuteny and used grinding Jar for Chillie and Corrinder grinding jobs its works very good grinded well in matter of seconds, very happy to purchase. The all three Jars were made of steel material and lids are plastic and I have plan to take to my home country hope it is much usefull item for my family kitchen requirements. The contents mentioned 7 items in the catalog 1 Motor, 3 jars, 3 lids but Spatula was missing in the package.

Pathetic
I purchased it in UAE. The medium jar doesn’t come out and is defective since the beginning. Mailed for servicing or exchange within a month but they refused to help as the product needs to be in India. Why are they selling in UAE if they don’t provide after sale services? What is the use of warranty card?

Damaged in a month. Poor after sales service.
The grinding blade got damaged within a month. Not able to find customer service and the one showing in UAE is non responsive. Trying to claim warranty but unable to find the supplier details. Very frustrating.
