Customer Support is Excellent
Purchased this unit and had some questions. Customer support was quick to respond and provided what was needed. I have 2 other 5 bay enclosers from this company and all work great. Would buy from again.

Works well
I had another enclosure that was so slow. I took the drives from the old enclosure and put them in this unit and it was much fast.

Awesome for the price!
I put in 5 16TB drives and setup Raid 5. It has worked absolutely flawlessly for about a week so far. It can not push the entire 5gbps of USB3.0 so keep that in mind. It maxes out at about half of that. But for the price of this compared to others I am extremely satisfied. But if you need more speed than say 2.5gbps I would look elsewhere

Great for the price. Fast, relatively quiet, and I love the aluminum enclosure. It was very easy to set up raid. I just wish the hidden button was easier to use when setting raid

just got for christmas and it keeps losing my drive data. I lost everythings.

These Are Amazing
I have 3 enclosures running raid 5 24/7 no problem.Just follow the install manual and format the drives before putting them in the enclosure. Easy Peasy.😇👍

Both died hard
Lasted about a year then stopped powering on, then my 2nd one stopped powering on. Support MIA, no help through here or their site. Amazon’s advice as leave bad review. I have two that are dead. Warranty impossible to get help with.
