I’m impressed
Having used larger units in industry, I honestly wasn’t expecting much. I also wasn’t sure how well my smallish 5.3cfm@90psi/6.7cfm@40psi compressor would keep up but it does just fine. I don’t have to stop and let the compressor catch up any.The instructions were clear enough, all the hardware was already sorted and labeled. It arrived well packaged and with no damage. At 50 psi it does a great job with 80 grit glass beads. The trick is use the least pressure you can or you will quickly turn your beads into dust.Imho, a cyclone dust separator and a water/oil filter are required accessories. My cabinet seals up well enough that when I kick on my shop vac I can’t open the door from the pressure differential. The cyclone dust separator is very effective at capturing the dust before it ever reaches the shop vac.I used the Woodstock W1042 2-1/2-Inch Universal Dust Port from Amazon mounted with double sided tape to facilitate the use of the dust collection system.I also sourced the NANPU 1/4" NPT Compressed Air Line Filter, 5 Micron Element, Bracket, Poly Bowl, 145 psi from Amazon. I have it mounted at the cabinet and it does a good job of preventing any condensation from contaminating the beads.I use 80 grit glass beads that I source locally.I am very satisfied with the product quality, performance and durability, especially at this price point.

sandblaster
It performs pretty well on smaller items but the directions for assembly is terrible. Seems to be constucted pretty well .

Great product —- Horrible assembly instructions!
This is a very nice blasting cabinet. The metal and paint are top grade. It is quite heavy so free shipping with Amazon is a significant price plus if you are a prime member. Assembly instructions are written by someone with little English translation knowledge. The instructions are not arranged in sequential order: “take this part and connect to this other part etc.”Fortunately there are Utube videos that help with assembly. You will probably spend hours and hours with the assembly because parts need to be assembled in sequence, which the instructions don’t explain. Be prepared for several hours of assembly time. Also, you will want to pull out your metric wrenches. One nice package surprise is a large cardboard “small parts board” with screws, nuts, and various parts, each labeled and identified and in ziplock bags. Unless you know what the name of the parts are and how/where they are to be assembled, you are left to figure it out for yourself.Three stars from me because the lack of simple instructions makes for hours and hours of assembly frustration! If you get it assembled correctly, I think you will find it to be a very fine blasting box.

Not as expected. Such a pain to use
Don't waste your hard earned money. So I read and watched a few reviews. I went way above and beyond to seal this thing up so that I didn't get sand in my face. The lid leaks horribly no matter what I did. I ended up adding a shop vac suction adapter to it to help cut that down. My biggest gripe is the gun quality. Unless you are doing an object the size of a index card, prepare to loose your mind. You literally have to jiggle the suction end of the hose in the sand to move it around every minute or so as the sand does not flow down to it well. I tried 3 different types of product and quantities now and always have same end result. The shallow taper of the pan doesn't allow it to flow to the bottom well enough to reach pickup. The actual gun isn't efficient either. The output is sporadic and doesn't flow near as well as my buddies Harbor Freight Model. I would so return this if I had not already had it assembled on my bench.

Top of the cabinet screws don't fit and it does not seal. LED light burned out in an hour
top of the cabinet screws are wood screws. These screws were placed in the bag to install the main door hinges. Ive got blast media all over my shop, in my lungs and in my eyes. I am unsure if this was just an accident or to was on purpose to put those screws in there. Ill be buying some machine screws to replace. The hinge just barely hangs on due to these screws.Using the cabinet I am constantly being electrocuted. I connected a ground but still getting shocked. I Noticed the frequency of the electric shock into my arms was the exact same frequency of the flickering LED. Zap zap zap flicker flicker flicker and then pop the LED light stopped working. something is seriously wrong with this cabinet.

Takes a While to assemble
I bought this as an additional blast cabinet in my machine shop.Assembling it was kind of tedious, took me around 3hrs.Other than that I am quite happy with it.i used the tube sealant that was sent with it to seal the up and down seams. The bottom floor had a rubber gasket preinstalled.I did install a vacuum hose to it and run it through a turbo dust collector.I use this with fine glass bead, using the smallest nozzle at 50PSI.Works great for my intended use.

Perfect for knives and jewelry,
Love my little sandblaster. I use it with #12 (240 grit) glass beads. It leaves a smooth to the touch finish with good light reflection. I use it to bead blast my knife blades and handles.
