I pretty much copied and pasted this review
I pretty much copied and pasted this review because it’s the same reason and experience I had with this headset. I'd never heard of the Yealink brand before but decided to give this bluetooth a shot after having been a Plantronics (now Poly) user for the better part of a decade. Plantronics used to be THE standard in bluetooth quality and reliability, but I noticed the quality of the Poly V5200 diminishing over my many years of using them. There just didn’t seem to be a better alternative on the market. I tried a BlueParrott M300-XT SE, but that was a worse experience then I was having with the Poly V5200. I don’t know how I never heard of Yealink before but I’m sure happy I finally did. This Yealink has been STELLAR!!! Great audio quality both for me (what I hear) and my voice as I sound to the person with whom I'm speaking. Additionally, the unit stays connected to BOTH of my cell phones and doesn't randomly disconnect in the middle of a call as my Plantronics/Poly V5200 did. This unit comes with a nice charging/battery case and a USB dongle to connect it to your computer, although most computers nowadays will allow you to connect the headset via Bluetooth without it. I also love that has an adjustable fit, and the volume is adjusted using a knob that actually turns. The ONLY thing I’m not 100% satisfied with is the ON/OFF switch, which can be a bit awkward to switch.Overall performance is excellent, and the battery life is amazing! The best bluetooth I've ever owned. So happy I decided to give this headset a try.

EXCELLENT QUALITY ALL AROUND! PLEASANTLY SUPRISED!!!
I'd never heard of the Yealink brand before but decided to give this bluetooth a shot after Plantronics (now Poly) have gone to pot.Plantronics used to be THE standard in bluetooth quality and reliability. Now.....it's absolutely terrible. In my line of work, I'm on my cell for several hours a day with many incoming/outgoing calls while I'm on the road. This Yealink has been STELLAR!!! Excellent sound quality both for me (what I hear) and my voice as I sound to the person with whom I'm speaking. Additionally, the unit stays connected to BOTH of my cell phones and doesn't randomly disconnect in the middle of a call as my Plantronics/Poly Voyager did. This unit comes with a nice charging case (Type C) with a good hand feel and LED charging indicators (three green LEDs).The ONLY thing about this unit is that the ON/OFF switch is small so it's easier for me to turn the unit ON/OFF using my fingernail as opposed to my fingertip. The sound quality, overall performance and battery life on this unit are absolutely excellent. As of the today (10/4/24), I've had the unit almost three months and it continues to work perfectly. The best bluetooth I've ever owned.I'm suprised and glad I gave this unit a try.

Great quality headset with one exception...
The Yealink BH-71 is a massive upgrade from the headset I was using before. Sound quality and call quality are stellar. It charges fast and holds the charge for my whole workday. My only issue with it is the fitting of the earbud. Yealink went out of their way to add a lot of features for proper fit and comfort yet the actual rubber earbud (probably one of the cheapest components to fix) has caused me some pretty bad inner ear chafing after the first week of use. I'm using the smallest earpiece and it still cant get a comfortable fit. I'm starting a long work day today and it actually hurts to wear. If anyone from Yealink reads these reviews, you should fix this!!!

Yealink, OK
This headset works well in most cases. The only issue I have is, it doesn't always connect when it goes to your ear.The sound is good most of the time. There are times when voices are challenging, however this could be bad connections.

Not very good, noise cancellation is almost non existent
I bought this to replace or compare to the poly 5200 that I've used for years. The noise cancellation does not work at all, even in a quiet area folks had issues hearing me. The connection to my phone also kept dropping out.

Perfect
It functions exactly as intended when paired to my office phone. I am able to answer, decline, and mute calls with ease. The sound is clear on both ends. The battery lasts all day, and the range is amazing. The Bluetooth stays connected whether I’m in the break room or down the hall in the bathroom. The fit is very secure. I don’t have to adjust it throughout the day to prevent it from slipping off my ear. Best of all, I love the design. It looks so much better than those clunky, call center headsets. Definitely recommend.

You get what you pay for!!
This is what I was looking for that works great for home office and accepting incoming calls, good volume finally, extra cost is worth it!!
