Instead of getting the three boxes of rotini that I ordered, I got a variety pack with one box each of rotini, penne, and elbows. Which suits me fine, I'm sure they're all the same stuff, and that stuff is pretty good! Gluten free, but hard to tell it's anything but normal pasta. Good taste, good texture, no weird aftertaste, no strange coatings. We're very happy with this pasta!

Nice gluten free rotini that cooks well and is nice and chewy. I use this brown rice rotini when I don't feel like having flour. Comes in three nice sized boxes. Tastes great, just like any other roniti, not much different from regular pasta.

This brown rice elbow macaroni is delicious and it tastes and has about the same texture as any other good quality dried pasta. I cooked it in water for about 10 minutes as directed and it came out perfectly al dente. Six servings per box is about right, and we divided it into three serving bowls for upcoming meals. I paired mine with chicken chunks and an Indian flavored sauce for a satisfying meal. Since this macaroni doesn't have any flavor on its own, just like any regular macaroni, it can be paired with any sauce you like.

This pasta claims to be a healthier yet just as tasty pasta and it does well in that regard. It tastes and has the texture that you would expect from regular pasta, while being able to meet various dietary restrictions.
