Terrible, came with badly put together screen and weird change in screen colour
I do not write this lightly, but for the sake of others out there investjng a lot of money (and maybe on a budget like myself) I wish I'd known this was going to be such poor quality on arrival as I really would have gone for something else. I would find a different laptop.I love Lenovo Thinkpads, but this one had been altered somehow. It came with a safety/quality assurance check sheet that wasn't fully complete.The laptop looked like it had some sort of sticker placed over the top cover to hide marks, but it was wonky and didn't line up with the edges or logo and it had this weird horrible glue all around it, like it was placed and then pulled up and adjusted. Looks-wise there was also weird gunky stuff around the touch screen and white paint on the keyboard.The screen was the worst part - I don't know how but the bottom panel of the screen was kinda crinkley to touch, like you could feel the screen components underneath. The casing of the edges of the screen were not fully placed, so they were wobbly and felt cheap and bendy. The screen was a weird colour, like it something wasn't right or it was very cheap. The actual screen wasn't flat, it had been put in at an angle and it seemed like whatever was behind it was causing it to bend.Functionally it seemed ok, bit slow. Battery seemed ok.Honestly communication from seller very poor. Return process was awful, had to really push to get it returned. Turns out to return it I had to wait in all day because they could only do UPS pick up from home and no other method so I had to take a day off work, then they failed to collect due to it not being booked despite being assured it had, then after another day of waiting it finally got collected and I had to wait 3 weeks for a refund.All in all, avoid.

Very clean & neat like brand new...
Got the Lenovo ThinkPad laptop today, impressed with the neatness, the touchscreen works perfectly... no visible damages on the laptop....watching out for the battery life.
