I use it when making cold process soap and lotions. It works well for those purposes.

I was so excited about this product but it doesn’t live up to expectations. It says it dissolves in hot and cold liquids but in cold liquid it just turned into a solid mass at the bottom of my cup and it in hot it became a slimey mess. I used 3 heaping spoonfuls before I could taste any sweetness. I hate giving anything but 5 stars but you kept asking and I have to be honest. Product arrived on time but I’ll be “sticking” to liquid honey from here on out.

Other reviewers have said this is sweet but not too sweet. I don't get that at all. I switched to honey powder a year or so ago (liquid honey is too messy for travel, which I do a lot). Unfortunately, the other brand is no longer available. I tried this as an alternative because the listed ingredients are identical. But the taste is nothing the same, this clearly contains more maltodextrin than honey. It may be a good mix for tapioca but it is not a viable source of honey. Unfortunately, the product is not returnable.

Of all the powders in the honey space, this is the best. I truly love using this for our products and think they are a great transparent company. That said, do your research on what you are looking for! Every company has different powders and this one is definitely the leader in my book!

It’s sweet, it not too sweet. I combined it with some spices to make a sweet and spicy barbecue rub. It can burn if put on meat and cooked at a high heat. Dissolves well when used as a sweetener.
