Good Value
This is easy to take - just a small amount on a teaspoon in the morning, first thing. I feel it sets me up for the day as I know it provides an energy boost, plus it has nutrients that keep me in good health. I have used other forms of royal jelly in capsules but prefer this.

It's not gluten free
Please be aware that this product is not made only from raw royal jelly but contains WHEAT GERM OIL which makes this product unconsumeable for GLUTEN SENSITIVE or INTOLERANT people. This should be on the title and emphasised more as I didn't know it and caused me terrible pain! Other than that for people without gluten issues could be a great product! Hence the 3 star.

Was delivered in a normal box and not keep Fresh one
Have just received this and was surprised as doesn't have any instructions or ingredients on the box. Also is not frozen for freshness, bit it says here they harvest them diffently. Was concerned to learn it has added ingredients in it! As is advertised as pure Royal jelly. Everywhere else they are sold from the fridge, so not sure if it's safe to use the way it was delivered by amazon.!
