Been using the product for the last 9 months, was working good until recently. Now it stops working within 5 seconds of operation. Battery drains out quickly. Did not expect this from a product at this price range.

Suction power was getting lower and lower with each month of use. Battery drains super fast, not even enough to finish 1 bedroom apartment. Highest mode drains battery much faster and you can see the power is already half its potential on half battery. Impossible to use just after 6 months. Waiting on customer support’s response on what I can do as it’s unusable. Also, vacuum itself is very heavy, advertisement about its light weight were false.

I bought the product on July or August and it’s a disappointment. The battery lasts only 15 min. I have just a small apartment and i cant even complete one room because the battery goes dead. If i keep medium speed it will start shaking and will not suck properly. Low speed don’t even think , it’s useless.I dont recommend

Wouldn’t even give this 1 star, battery runs out so quickly can’t even get the upstairs and downstairs of a house done in the same session. Doesn’t pick up fine hair so give it a miss if you have a pet or children! Parts are poorly made and this isn’t durable!

I had to return the vacuum as it would vibrate really bad on hard floor. If we switched the mode to carpet mode, the vibrations would stop but the carpet mode ends up draining the battery faster.

It stops working after 10 minutes

Suddenly after 6 months of use, the battery has stopped charging. Any idea what can be done?

Waste of money. After only 20 minutes the vacuum gives up and you have to clean the filter by dismantling the whole thing. I have thrown it out and bought a better one.
