Now, when I saw instant results I mean it! I moved into my first apartment last year and I had no signs of critters. Until my next door neighbors moved in. When I tell you it was an infestation that I was even afraid of sleep in there. If you know, you know! Until my brother recommended this product and it was the only thing that helped. When using the product just make sure to use small dots around the areas you see have activity. I would say before you even use this product try to cover any holes or crevices that might give critters access to your home. Once I did that, I started placing small dots of gel on drain pipes and all kitchen cabinets and at door entrance, windows, etc. I am happy to say this products really gave me peace of mind!

I manage rental properties and without fail, find roach infestation every time. I have tried everything, including professional companies. This actually works quickly and removes them for good. No harsh odor either like some products

This is money with for the job I don't see any of roach in my kitchen no more that my second time buying

So I went through the reviews due to the price but I will say it is worth your money ! I applied this and within a 2 days you see “a lot” of progress ..I apply every month since March and now they are gone ! You don’t have to use the whole syringe…I used half a syringe for 2 months and it’s a 4 pk with attachments for hard to get areas so no surface isn’t reachable…definitely worth the purchase !
