Benfotiamine is a fat soluble form of Vit B1 or Thiamine. Another even better form that crosses the brain barrier is Sulbutiamine. Benfotiamine is easier to find and cheaper. The fat soluble form stays in your body and does not wash out when you pee, like the water soluble Thiamine B1. You need B1 to burn off belly fat caused by high blood sugars and eating refined carbs.
