Frustrated, loss giving experience.
Very poor software support. My camera never started. Within the time for Return & Refund I was unsuccessful in loading the details on Amazon site. Hence my money went down the drain. Very terrible & frustrating experience. Do not buy this item.

Good outdoor security camera for this price
Camera doesn't work on bsnl Sim,Product quality does appear flimsy.Easy to install, but Sim and memory card slot is difficult to use(u need a tweezer).V380 pro app has good options and control. But u see ads and other stuff. If you need cloud storage u need to pay. Feedback on control is not good. Picture and video quality is okay, it's just 480p and 720p max...Product looks bulky and easily spottable which make me think about Product security

Work company and company like Amazon still selling their products
Zero rating worst product. Purchased 3 items nothing is working. Calling amazon from last 5 days every day they are giving the company phone number for technical support.But company closed their business and Amazon is still keep selling their products.Now amazon says return window is closed andYesterday I ordered 2 cameras and both are not able to configure WIFI I called Amazon and they say they can only replace. I don't understand why Amazon is promising to replace a product for a closed company
