EROMMY 3 x 3.6m Hardtop Gazebo, Galvanized Steel Double Roof Metal Garden Gazebo with Curtain and Netting, Permanent Outdoor Pavilion with Ventilated Top and Aluminum Frame for Patio, Lawn and Garden

Although we had this delivered last August 2024, we did not start our patio project until October 2024 as we needed to do this on our own to save money! The first thing I like about this permanent gazebo is the colour. It's a gorgeous dark rich brown with mottled black finish (see photo). Although the netting and curtains are a lovely colour as well, as we have not yet finished our work yet, I will add on this review when I put these on during Spring 2025!Our garden is all kinds of 'uneven' and that's putting it mildly! We created four concrete stands (yes, we dug 4 big holes), filled with concrete and levelled these in order to start this project with the four main posts. To drill into the concrete to hold the outer posts we used our own stainless steel raw bolts - not the ones provided) as we felt these were not long enough and tough enough for the job. It was at times frustrating putting this together, but over several weeks, it started taking shape and the British weather was not kind to us! Not for the feint-hearted, this project was tough as we also had to level the patio area with 2 tonnes of type 1 aggregate once the structure was finished and that is currently where we are at! It's the end of December, the gazebo is up and we have aggregate flooring that needs to be compacted so we can start the patio next Spring.All the parts were there - nothing missing and the instructions were frustrating and pretty useless, but because we do a lot of DIY, we got through it. It is massive! I chose the 3m x 3.6 and I should have got a smaller one but we have the space and I suffer badly from exposure to our sun in Spring/Summer. I want our garden to eventually be an extension of the house and to be used more or less all year round! Obviously I cannot give a review about this gazebo withstanding heavy wind or snow, but that weather will no doubt come soon! I have a gas table-top patio heater and yesterday on 28th December both Barry and I sat under the gazebo whilst it was drizzling and felt like idiots, but it was dry and fairly warm. Next year we will finish off the patio, add lighting and a fan/infrared hanging heater and make this a lovely space to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Come on Summer, I'm getting impatient! Lovely product once you get it all together.Very fiddely at times.Looks really nice once it's up.

Lots of parts damaged. Instructions showing wrong way. Bolt holes thread missing. Bolts from so cheap metal , they broke in half way down to screwing. It's looks like someone before was using this pergola before. I will say price for this quality max 300£

Product is damaged and I need to get some replacement parts and can't get help from the manufacturer because link not working. Awful product and terrible service.
