This product is pure white, is very fine powder and as far as I could tell i couldn't smell any odor in the jar. It's slightly sweet in taste.From the first purchase and fist day of opening, I'm very impressed.I will come back to update after 3 months.

Excellent inulin for making SIBO yogurt.I like the quality and size of it. Before, I bought a big bag, 2.2 lb, and it got hard like a rock, so I had to trash it.I prefer to get a smaller size and buy another one when needed.

My fermented dairy/yogurt is perfect.

I used this to help with hunger cravings while fasting. I heard that if you keep your gut biome happy, then your hunger cravings may lessen. Seemed to work for me (possible placebo effect). My bowel movements seemed to be better, and more consistent without strain. Not 100% sure if my hunger craving went down, but it helped me believe that they did, and helped me get through another day of fasting. Very difficult to mix...will immediately clump up, especially with very cold water. Dissolved easier in room temperature water or tea. Very messy when using the scoop. tends to be very sticky if you get it on your hands...may try pill or capsule form next time. I will continue to use this product as I do think it is helping my gut biome.

Ordered this for my first time making L. Reuterie fermented dairy - didn’t know what to expect - first batch turned out amazing!!! Starting my second batch today. Highly recommend
