This thing does not work. By a name brand drive by a better drive.
I only gave this one star because it's needed for the review if there was an option for zero I would have selected that option. This piece of equipment is not worth the hassle. I followed the instructions and it automatically restarted my computer. When this occurred I received a message that my CPU has changed. I unplugged the drive and restarted. After that I tried it again and it didn't sense the drive at all. I had zero access to the drive I had zero access to being able to even know if it turns on because the light didn't even turn on. it's a piece of junk don't waste the $30 it's not worth it it's garbage.

Had an issue with a drive that other nvme readers read just fine.
I put one of my ssds in this and the drive did not show up in disk management, or show up as a drive letter. I am very well versed in computers so it is not a user error. I tried the same drive in another nvme reader I carry with me and it worked just fine. Other nvme ssds work fine in it too.
