This has been a real blessing to sleep well. I researched many magnesium creams and found this to be the cleanest, least unnecessary ingredient cream available. Just before getting into bed at night, I run the cream into the bottom and all over my feet. I sleep so soundly. No muscle cramping during the night or restless legs. Ahhhh. Such a simple fix to a chronic problem. I highly recommend this cream.
