Fabulous brick
This is a brick. I love it. Yes, it's heavy and qualifies as a blunt instrument. However, it has the state-of-the-art innards out of all cell phones that my carrier (T-Mobile) accepts with none of the bloatware or limitations associated with certain other high-profile manufacturers (such as Samsings and Orange) with some fantastic add-ons like FLIR. The only but of this device which is less than perfect is the cameras, but to me they are unimportant. As for basics: the screen is clear and sharp with all of the modern adjustments, the phone looks sexy (especially with the camera arrangement), and totally worth the weight. And, all else aside, it's a cool-looking phone!

Used | Experience Technical Problems Immediately | Returned
Update:The reason for my four star: Customer service Department reached out to me to follow up on the phone. I told them that I returned it due to all the apps just closing down and since the camera app went down that was the ultimate decision to return the phone. The reason for the four stars is because their efforts to actually improve their phone is there. Again the phone itself is great, looks amazing, and though some people might consider it being big it wasn't for me. Again I'm looking for a rugged phone that can sustain a long battery life and many drops. This phone provides that. I'm from the United States so it does get 5G service from T-Mobile.Again the biggest issue with the phone was the actual technology in it did not sustain the apps, not even the most basic apps. I don't know if it was just my phone or if it's many others experiencing the same thing but again BlackView is doing its best to make this phone better. They also provide warranty for 2 years a lot better than most but I needed something now instead of later due to certain life situations. The reason why I got a black view phone in the first place was due to a friend introducing me to an older version. My friend loved that phone and he did not have any issues with it. So again it can be the phone that I got but I wasn't willing to wait for another one and face the same issue. Whenever BlackView improves its technology for this phone I will definitely come back and get it. I need something like this in the near future and you can expect me looking into this market to get a phone. So to BlackView customer service keep me in mind because I will definitely like to keep trying your phones until you get it right. Unfortunately at the moment due to those technical difficulties I don't think it's worth the price point that you have it at especially if people are experiencing the same thing. If no one is experiencing what I have experienced great!---------------------------------Let's focus on the issues which is the reason of my current score.I am having a hard time liking the phone in full becuause the things that are happening with the phone itself. There have been numerous times that apps, normal apps, have closed down and I cannot open them up. So the functions of the apps itself vary from app to app.The camera, man for a 50mp camera the settings to use the I feel like my OnePlus 9pro still has an advantage. The battery life, it is great but I feel like it is dying to quick still and I using it for normal activities.I have more things to do with it but standby.I want to take this baby to work but I am really feeling it out and so far I am on the edge of returning the phone.

Check with cell phone company before purchasing.
This phone is great it is a bit heavy, but thats ok. I tested to see how long the battery lasts, it lasts about three days. The thermal camera works great. This phone also has a feature to record phone calls. It has a dual sim card slot so you can have two different phone services. The issue I am having isn't with the phone but with my current cell phone service. This phone can take either t-mobile or Verizon, I inserted my sim card from my old phone to the new phone. I had service for 10 minutes, I made calls and sent texts. The issue was straight talk sent me a message to call them to set up my new phone. After days of dealing with them, I was told they could not allow me to use this phone because it wasn't bought from Walmart or their site. At first they told me I couldn't use it because it wasn't Verizon compatible. So if you buy this phone make sure to call your phone company to see if they will allow you to use it. I might have to change my cell service to use this phone, which I don't mind doing because this phone is really great.

Good phone.
This phone is very nice, but glitchy. My shocks headphones would randomly disconnect, as well as my galaxy watch. I really like the flir camera. This phone did connect with my verizon account. Battery is very good.

Great phone for the price!
It's a great phone with actually a few more features in the phone then what's advertised. It's rugged, takes pictures underwater, has the FLIR camera, and many other features. It does not work with AT&t or Verizon, but it does work with T-Mobile and Mint mobile.
