I bought a pair of these and they are exactly what they say they are.I have a mini pistol sig 938 I put in this and I have a full size 1911 I put in this . It holds my mid size P365 . Unless you some really unusual handgun or some heavy mods there’s a 99.99% chance this is going to work. The magnets are very strong and there are no surfaces that will scratch the gun. It’s got a special base to create a custom angle or it can lay flat. It comes with double sided tape and screwsBe careful what screws you use. That’s the only issue you may have. If your screws are too beefy or not in all the way you could scratch. I put one on the side of the table by my chair in the living room and I used drywall screws. In retrospect that was probably a mistake.

Mounted it in my 2022 Tundra. The back plate gives good angle for a quick grab. The magnet is pretty strong so do a few practice pulls to get used to it. Fits my Glock 19 (4th gen) but I'm sure it'll fit most, like I said, magnet is very strong. The only I worry about breaking is my center console plastic. Unit is sturdy and solid. Great buy for the price tag.

I Use this in a Toyota and it holds a Glock 30. It’s very secure and the firearm does not move at all, even if manipulated. With that depending on your preference, this thing will not let go of the firearm unless it is moved at the correct angle and with a purpose- you have to put some effort into pulling it out because the magnet is powerful. That’s a good thing if you are concerned about it slipping out (wont happen) but also means if you need to use it, be ready to not be subtle- put some force into it. That also means it will be difficult for anyone to try and grab it from an angle other than yours, which is a good thing.Mounting screws seem sturdy enough as long as you find a good place to put the anchors.

No complaints holds my sub compact perfect with no issues. Used gorilla glue 60lb double sided tape to install. Does come with screws though.
