I like these capsules because I like cordyceps. The addition of ginseng is great as is the added vitamins C and B6.I'm not so keen on the dosage recommendation of up to three capsules a day. At three a day the supply will only last me for a period of forty days. That's not great value for me and it's also a bit of a nuisance to swallow three capsules a day in addition to other supplements.I rotate these capsules with other mushroom supplements so that I take these supplements every other day. That way the supply will last longer.I like the ingredients, the fact the capsules are manufactured in the UK, the heavy metal and micobrial testing information on the product's Amazon webpage and the clear instructions.I just wish that the recommended dosage was one a day or that the bottle contained more capsules.

Each capsule contains approx. 125mg of cordyceps extract and 25mg of red ginseng extract, and some Vitamin D and B6. So not a huge amount but reasonable for the price and quantity. The mixture tastes disgusting if you chew them, maybe it's the vitamins that give it that sour taste. So overall, not bad.

I find it hard to rate any product which claims to have health benefits, because so many factors (e.g. a person’s underlying health, any medication being taken, personal circumstances and psychological state) may influence the perceived and/or actual benefits of the product.Subject to that above qualification, I make the following observations about this product …I’ve used products from this supplier before, and am happy with the quality of their products.. Cordyceps mushrooms are widely thought to have beneficial effects on one’s health and wellbeing, and I’m happy to accept that view. If nothing else, widening the consumption of plant products to one’s diet is generally regarded as beneficial to one’s gut microbiome, and that’s good enough for me. I particularly like the fact that ginseng, plus vitamins B6 and C are included in the formulation. Overall, therefore, I think that this product is worth considering as part of a healthy diet and healthy lifestyle.

These capsules are quite large compared to some others I've taken (prescribed medications and different supplements) but are still easy enough to swallow.I've now been taking these according to instructions for a month, and haven't noticed any benefit from them. But I've also not noticed any problems caused by them.I won't be continuing to take these.
